The end goal is to get yourself to a point where you are successful in life. It's the same fundamental principle when preparing your mind for a wellness journey. YOU HAVE TO PREPARE. I think we lose the basic fundamentals of that. Whether it be work, home, or life that gets in the way of that goal.

I believe in listening to your body yup, your body, you read it right! Listening to your body taking it slow in other words is the best approach to see long-lasting results because when you choose to take this approach... it won't be a shock to your body and slowly but surely ... your body will tell you it's ready for the new changes you are introducing to yourself.

Meditating helped me get out of my own way and allowed me to focus deep within and examine... why, why do I need to make this change? How will this impact my life moving forward? Meditating will help keep your intentions clear on your end goal. What that may look like for you is totally fine!
